Direct and digital with USB-C
One obvious advantage of the Adam D3V is its USB-C port. This makes the system behave like an audio output device and does not require an additional audio interface for playback. It also retains the digital signal, allowing for superior audio playback. There are also balanced TRS inputs for traditional audio applications, as well as a front headphone jack and a multi-function volume knob.
