MOOG SUBHARMONICON
Already presented in preview and in a limited edition in May 2018 at the Moogfest in Asheville, Moog Subharmonicon joins the Moog synthesizer family of semi-modular analog synthesizers (Matriarch, Grandmother, Mother-32 and DFAM).
Moog Subharmonicon is a powerful, versatile and innovative instrument that allows to create unique and impressive soundscapes, as well as the most complex polyrhythms, all with a very direct action, guaranteed by a very simple and intuitive approach to synthesis.
A Semi-Modular Polyrhythmic Analog Synthesizer and a new addition to the moog Moog’s semi-modular family. With 2x VCOs, 4x Subharmonic Generators, 2x Sequencers, and 4x Rhythm Generators.
The Subharmonicon is a semi-modular synthesizer inspired by very early devices in the history of synthesizers such as the Trautonium and Rhythmicon and the Schillinger system.
Moog Subharmonicon is a semi-modular synthesizer, handmade in the American factory Moog, capable of generating complex sounds and patterns while being extremely easy to use. With two VCOs, four Subharmonic Oscillators, two 4-Step Sequencers and four Rhythm Generators, the possibilities for creating sounds are guaranteed both in standalone mode and in combination with the other members of the Moog Mother-32 semi-modular family , DFAM , or other Eurorack compatible external hardware.
The six powerful sound sources (the two analog VCOs and the four subharmonic oscillators) form the basis of this new semi-modular analog synthesizer designed for exploring sequences that unfold and evolve over time.

Ik ben een moog liefhebber, maar wat een synth, het is wel even doorpakken voordat je de perfecte sounds hebt
Wederom een lust voor het oog en plezier voor de oren, deze analoge polyritmisch synth van Moog. Erg fijn en degelijk apparaat volgens de professionele kwaliteit zoals we van Moog gewend zijn. Interessant apparaat voor uren plezier. Past in een mooie 3-tier samen met mijn Mother 32 & DFAM. En uiteraard hele prettige ontvangst en service bij i4Studio !!!
