Introducing the Black Lion Audio B173 mkII mic pre-amp – the most portable 1073 British sound available! The black lion B173 mkII uses the same Cinemag input and output transformers as our B173 Quad for a staggering 70 dB of gain, a redesigned gain stage and a lower noise floor for a cleaner sound with less distortion. A front panel DI delivers harmonically rich tone to guitars, keyboards and synthesizers, and stepped input gain and variable output attenuator provide perfect control over transformer saturation.
