Avid has rebranded its Pro Tools software versions. Pro Tools software is now available in three new options
– Pro Tools Artist for beginning music makers,
– Pro Tools Studio for professional music makers/producers
– Pro Tools Flex subscription bundle for audio post- and music studios.
These new versions are only available as subscriptions, so no more perpetual licenses. Existing perpetual licenses can still be updated and will remain perpetual. Pro Tools licenses will work for the new Pro Tools Studio and Pro Tools Ultimate licenses can be used for the Pro Tools Flex versions.
