ADAM A77H Midfield Monitor
An advanced successor to the Adam A77X, the A Series A77H is a true three-way midfield monitor that utilizes the latest ADAM Audio technologies to deliver rich, spacious and enveloping sound. With two 7-inch woofers, a midrange driver and ADAM Audio’s X-ART tweeter, the A77H delivers an ultra-wide frequency response. The addition of the midrange driver helps to produce clear sound in the most sensitive range of human hearing. The rotatable HPS waveguide technology and built-in DSP let you tailor the sound exactly to your needs.
Room adaptation Adam A77H
On the rear panel of the Adam A77h’s speakers, you’ll find four bands of room adjustment equalization: Bass, Desk, Presence and Treble. Each band is adjustable in predefined steps, providing over 100 tuning options to help compensate for the typical acoustic problems associated with speaker placement.
Voicings ADAM A77h
A “Voicing” is a predefined sound profile of the A-Series monitors. On the back panel you will find two different selections, “UNR” and “Pure”. Here you will also find the “Ext” option dedicated to the extended functionality of the A Control over the Ethernet connection.
“UNR” or “Uniform Natural Response™” is a dynamic, natural-sounding response curve custom designed by ADAM Audio, which has its roots in several iconic ADAM Audio products from the past, including the previous AX Series. He lends himself to production, composition and song writing because his captivating and present sound can give you more room for creativity and flow. It’s also a great option when you just want to use your speakers to enjoy good music.
Space Correction & Sonarworks Integration
Adam a77h speakers are designed to adapt to changing requirements, preferences and environments. The A Control software allows you to send advanced filters directly to a platform built into the monitors to help compensate for imperfections in room acoustics. This embedded platform supports filters from Sonarworks, a leading third party. Using Sonarworks software and a measurement microphone, you can calibrate your speakers for a new room or taste.
