If you have any questions about the operation / installation of your purchase, please first consult the manual.

If you cannot find your answer in the manual, we advise you to take a look at the manufacturer’s website (this is usually in the manual).

In case of computer related products you should always check if you have downloaded and installed the latest drivers / version.

In the unlikely event that you are unable to resolve the matter, please contact our customer service.

Warranty period:

If your product becomes defective, you can of course also count on us. The warranty period of the supplier applies to all our products with a minimum of 1 year. We do not have our own repair service and always have defective products repaired by the supplier or by an external repair company.

If products are not found to be defective, investigation costs may be charged.

Eye4 computers are repaired by our own team.

For Apple computers , you must contact Apple, they will refer you to the nearest repair center.

Returns must always be accompanied by a copy of the proof of purchase and a clear description of the complaint.

Costs:

The costs for sending an item are for your account. I4-muzique bears the costs of returning the repaired or replacement product.
