Universal Audio Apollo e1x
The Universal Audio Apollo e1x is a professional, remote mic/line preamp for Dante audio networks. This compact yet powerful preamp is designed for studios, live stages, broadcast installations and fixed audio installations where maximum sound quality and flexibility are essential. Combining studio-quality conversion, Unison preamps and Power-over-Ethernet, the Apollo e1x is an ideal expansion for any professional audio setup.
The Apollo e1x makes it easy to add high-quality microphone inputs to your Dante network. Combined with an Apollo x16D interface, you gain access to the well-known Unison preamps from API, Neve, Manley and SSL, among others, allowing you to directly use the sound of legendary studio hardware in your workflow. The preamp can also be used standalone within any Dante network, with all settings such as gain, 48V phantom power, polarity and low-cut fully remotely controllable via UAD Console or Dante Controller.
The compact housing and PoE power supply allow you to place the unit anywhere: on stage, in a rack, at a microphone setup or in a multi-room studio. Thanks to the included coupling bracket, you can easily connect multiple units together to flexibly expand your system without additional cabling or power supply.
