Four Microphones in One
On the back of the V Kick you will find two switches that physically adjust the sound of the capsule and the electronics:
Left Switch (Classic/Modern): Choose between a neutral, natural response or a “scooped” modern character with extra lows and highs.
Right Switch (Punch/Deep): Add extra definition in the highs for more “kick” (attack) or focus on the sub-low frequencies for a massive sound.
Whether you’re recording jazz, classic rock or modern metal, the V Kick delivers the right texture without having to reach directly for your mixer’s EQ.
Innovative Design & Construction Quality
DMC7 SB Capsule: The specialized capsule is based on the famous V7, but specifically tuned for the lowest frequencies. The aluminum voice coil provides a lightning-fast transient response.
Patented Shockmount: Built-in suspension eliminates mechanical vibration and impact noise, which is essential when placing in or near a bass drum.
Compact and Smart: The XLR connector and tripod mount are integrated into the swing arm. This makes the microphone extremely small, making it easy to position, even for small drums or tight spaces.
