Items in stock are shipped the same day if ordered on time.
Custom products such as computers and notebooks , are custom made and undergo an expensive test, please allow several working days.
Acoustics we ship both from eindhoven and from our factory in east europe, please contact us for delivery time.

Products can be returned within 14 days, provided in original packaging and undamaged.

And after approval of a return request.

Excluded are:
products with software licenses.
Customized products, such as computers and notebooks, among others.
Hygiene products, products that cannot be resold for hygienic reasons.

The return costs are for your own account. pack the original box in an outer box to prevent damage.

You can change the shipping address in your account or contact customer service

If the status of your order changes, you will receive an email from us. As soon as the ea has been shipped, you will receive a trace code from us.

Many manufacturers offer a longer warranty. You must request this yourself from the manufacturer after 2 years
